Misleading or deceptive conduct generally

42. Misleading or deceptive conduct generally

(1) A person shall not, in trade or commerce, engage in conduct that is misleading or deceptive or is likely to mislead or deceive.

(2) Nothing in this Division shall be taken as limiting by implication the generality of subsection (1).
