Northern Territory Consolidated Acts60. Service of notices
Where under this Act a notice is required or permitted to be served on a person, the notice may be served in or out of the Territory -
(a) by delivering it personally to the person to be served;
(b) by leaving it at the usual or last-known place of residence or business of the person to be served with a person who has apparently attained the age of 16 years and is apparently residing thereat or (in the case of a place of business) apparently in charge of or employed at that place;
(c) by sending it by post addressed to the person to be served at his usual or last-known place of residence or business; or
(d) by serving it in such other manner as the Court, on application made to it in that behalf, directs.
