COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION ACT - SECT 6

6. Presumption of single arbitrator

An arbitration agreement shall be taken to provide for the appointment of a single arbitrator unless -

(a) the agreement otherwise provides; or

(b) the parties otherwise agree in writing.
