CO-OPERATIVES ACT - SECT 8

In this Division:

Corporations legislation means the Corporations legislation to which Part 1.1A of the Commonwealth Act applies.

excluded Corporations legislation provision means any provision of the Corporations legislation that does not apply to
co-operatives as a law of the Commonwealth.
