Appeal against refusal to approve draft rules

30. Appeal against refusal to approve draft rules

The person who submitted draft rules to the Registrar under this Act may appeal to the Supreme Court against:

(a) a decision of the Registrar to refuse to approve the rules; or

(b) a failure of the Registrar to approve the rules.
