CO-OPERATIVES ACT - SECT 26

(1) On the registration of the body corporate as a co-operative the Registrar must:

(a) issue a certificate of registration; and

(b) publish notice of the issue of the certificate in the Gazette .

(2) The corporate name of a body corporate registered as a
co-operative is the name approved by the Registrar, as specified in the certificate of registration issued by the Registrar.
