Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A coroner must not be called to give evidence in a court or judicial proceedings about anything coming to his or her knowledge in carrying out a coroner's powers, duties or functions under this Act.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to proceedings against a coroner for an offence.
