CEMETERIES ACT - SECT 28

A person shall not:

        (a)     perform a particular form of burial ceremony;

        (b)     place, or fail to remove, a monument, tombstone or headstone; or

        (c)     place, or fail to remove, an inscription on a monument, tombstone or headstone,

contrary to a notice under section 27(2).

Penalty:     1 penalty unit.
