BATCHELOR INSTITUTE OF INDIGENOUS TERTIARY EDUCATION ACT - SECT 6

The Institute consists of -

(a) the members of the Council;

(b) the graduates of the Institute and Batchelor College;

(c) the holders of awards other than degrees from the Institute and Batchelor College;

(d) the staff of the Institute; and

(e) the students of the Institute.
