Unauthorised access to or interference with Register

50. Unauthorised access to or interference with Register

A person shall not, without the authority of the Registrar or other lawful authority -

(a) obtain access to the Register or information contained in the Register;

(b) make, alter or delete an entry in the Register; or

(c) interfere with the Register in any other way.

Penalty: $10,000 or imprisonment for 2 years.
