Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This Act binds the Crown not only in right of the Northern Territory but also, so far as the legislative power of the Legislative Assembly permits, the Crown in all its other capacities.
(2) Nothing in this Act renders the Crown in right of the Northern Territory or in any other capacity liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
