Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to and in accordance with this Part, a prescribed live organism of a particular kind may be declared to be an agent organism for the purposes of this Act.
(2) Action for the declaration of an agent organism in accordance with this Part may be commenced by:
(a) a unanimous recommendation being made to the Authority by the Council; or
(b) an application being made under section 20.
