BUILDING ACT - SECT 4A

    (1)     The following are the categories of building practitioner:

        (a)     building certifier;

        (b)     certifying architect;

        (c)     certifying plumber;

        (d)     certifying engineer;

        (e)     building contractor.

    (2)     The Regulations may prescribe:

        (a)     a category of building practitioner; or

        (b)     a sub-category of a category of building practitioner.

    (3)     In this Act, a reference to a category of building practitioner includes:

        (a)     a category of building practitioner; and

        (b)     a sub-category of a category of building practitioner,

prescribed under subsection (2).
