Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If the Inquiry Board decides that a building practitioner the subject of an inquiry is not guilty of professional misconduct, the Board may order the Territory to pay all or a specified part of the practitioner's reasonable costs.
(2) The costs ordered to be paid are recoverable as a debt due to the building practitioner by the Territory.
