Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a building practitioner the subject of an inquiry was registered at the time of the work or conduct being inquired into but, before or during the inquiry, ceases to be registered.
(2) The inquiry is limited to the building practitioner's work or conduct or both (as the case requires) during the 3-year period immediately before the practitioner ceased to be registered.
