Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person may complain to the Director about a building practitioner on one or more of the following grounds:
(a) the practitioner has committed an offence against this Act or the Regulations;
(b) the practitioner has carried out work in a negligent or incompetent manner;
(c) the practitioner is otherwise guilty of professional misconduct.
(2) The complaint must:
(a) be in writing;
(b) contain particulars of the matter complained of;
(c) identify the building practitioner; and
(d) include the name and address of the complainant.
