A bail undertaking may be given to:
(a) a court;
(b) an authorized member;
(c) a clerk of the Court of Summary Jurisdiction;
(d) the sheriff or a deputy sheriff; or
(e) the officer in charge of a prison within the meaning of the Prisons (Correctional Services) Act .
