Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this Act, the Minister may, by public notice, declare a period specified in the notice to be a fire danger period in such part of the Territory as is specified in the notice or in the whole of the Territory.
(2) A declaration under subsection (1) ceases to have effect at the expiration of the period specified in the notice.
