Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsA fire warden holding office by virtue of section 31(2) or (3) may exercise or perform a power or function conferred or imposed on him by or under this Act in relation to land outside the fire control region in respect of which he holds office.
