Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this section, a statutory body shall hold such meetings as the Chairman considers necessary for the efficient conduct of its affairs.
(2) A Chairman of a Regional Committee shall, upon being required to do so by the Council, call a meeting of that Committee in accordance with that requirement.
