AGENTS LICENSING ACT - SECT 51

A licensed agent shall, within 7 days after he or she opens an account in pursuance of section 50, notify the Registrar in writing of:

(a) the name and address of the ADI, or the branch of the Territory Insurance Office, at which the trust account is maintained; and

(b) the title of the account.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.
