Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsA Court that issues a warrant under this Part must within 24 hours after the warrant has been issued:
(a) if the debt claimed is not more than $40,000, transmit:
(i) the application for the warrant; and
(ii) any affidavit lodged with the application; and
(iii) a copy of the warrant;
to the Registrar at the nearest office of the Local Court; or
(b) if the debt claimed is more than $40,000, transmit:
(i) the application for the warrant; and
(ii) any affidavit lodged with the application; and
(iii) a copy of the warrant;
to the Master of the Supreme Court.
