Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this Act, a person may, at any time, apply to a Court for a warrant to issue for the arrest of a debtor for the purpose of preventing that debtor from leaving the Territory.
(2) An application under subsection (1) must be:
(a) in the prescribed form; and
(b) supported by an affidavit as to all material matters in relation to which the Court is, under section 6(2), required to be satisfied.
