AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS (CONTROL OF USE) ACT 2004 - SECT 60
Pilots carrying out aerial spraying must be licensedA person must not pilot an aircraft to carry out aerial spraying unless the person:
(a) is authorised under a pilot (chemical rating) licence; and
(b) complies with the conditions of the licence.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units.
