AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS (CONTROL OF USE) ACT 2004 - SECT 112

Despite section 52 of the Local Court (Criminal Procedure) Act 1928 , a complaint for an offence against this Act may be made within 12 months after the Agency administering this Act became aware of the commission of the offence.
