Commissioner to reject frivolous, &c., complaint

67. Commissioner to reject frivolous, &c., complaint

The Commissioner shall reject a complaint if the Commissioner reasonably believes that the complaint is -

(a) frivolous or vexatious;

(b) trivial;

(c) misconceived or lacking in substance; or

(d) fails to disclose any prohibited conduct.
