ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT - SECT 60

60. Who may complain

Subject to this Act -

(a) a person aggrieved by prohibited conduct; or

(b) a person, authorised in writing by the Commissioner, on behalf of a person referred to in paragraph (a),

may make a complaint to the Commissioner.
