Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Supreme Court may, on an order being made for the winding up of an incorporated association by the Court (including a winding up on the certificate of the Commissioner), if the Commissioner nominates a person who is not a registered company liquidator for appointment as the liquidator of the association, appoint the person as the liquidator of the association.
(2) In this section:
"registered company liquidator" means a liquidator registered under the Corporations Act 2001.
