Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The public officer of an incorporated association must, within 14 days after appointment, give written notice to the Commissioner of the officer's appointment and the officer's full name and address.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the public officer on the incorporation of the association.
(3) If the public officer of an incorporated association changes address, the officer must, within 14 days after the change, give written notice to the Commissioner of the change.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
