Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsThe Administrator may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters which by this Act are required or permitted to be prescribed, or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act, and in particular for prescribing matters providing for and in relation to:
(a) the fees to be charged and paid in respect of any application, registration, certificate or other proceeding, act or thing provided for or required under this Act or the Regulations; and
(b) the imposition of penalties, not exceeding a fine of 0.4 penalty units for offences against the Regulations.
