Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Where the name of a registered architect is removed from the Register or the registration of a registered architect is suspended, the Board may require the registered architect, by notice served on that registered architect, to deliver the certificate of registration to the Board for cancellation, within 14 days after the date of the notice.
(2) A registered architect shall not fail to comply with a notice served on him or her under subsection (1).
Penalty: 5 penalty units and 0.5 penalty units for each day during which the offence continues after the first day on which it is committed.
