The Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory enacts as follows:

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Racing and Betting Amendment Act 2006.

Commencement

This Act comes into operation on the date fixed by the Administrator by notice in the Gazette.

Principal Act amended

This Act amends the Racing and Betting Act.
