The Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory enacts as follows:

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Legislation Repeal Act 2005.

Amendment of Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1989

(1) This section amends the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1989.

(2) Section 14 –

repeal

Repeals

(1) The Acts specified in Schedule 1 are repealed.

(2) The South Australian Acts specified in Schedule 2 as they apply in the Territory are repealed.

Expiry

This Act expires on the day after it commences.
