New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) Notice of the time and place appointed for any proceedings before a local land board, and of the nature of the proceedings:(a) is to be in the approved form, and(b) is to be served on the parties to the proceedings not less than 14 days before the time appointed for the proceedings (or such lesser period as may be directed by the Chairperson).
(2) If at the time and place appointed it appears that notice has not been given to a party, the board may:(a) order notice to be given for some future day (which may be less than 14 days from the giving of the notice), and(b) in the meantime, adjourn the proceedings.
