Holdings in respect of which incoming holder liable to pay arrears: sections 36D and 36E
19 Holdings in respect of which incoming holder liable to pay arrears:
sections 36D and 36E
For the purposes of sections 36D (1) (a) and 36E (1) of the Act, a Western
Lands lease is a prescribed class of holding.
