187 Failure to comply with Code of Conduct

(1) A PDA must comply with the Code of Conduct for PDAs.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

(2) A sponsor must comply with the Code of Conduct for Sponsors.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
