MENTAL HEALTH REGULATION 2000 - REG 40A

40A Delegation of functions of the Chief Health Officer

For the purposes of section 287B of the Act, the following officers of Justice Health are prescribed as "authorised persons":

(a) the Chief Executive Officer,

(b) the Director, Statewide Forensic Mental Health,

(c) the Director, Adolescent Health.
