On-licence (restaurant) or nightclub licence with a motel-number of rooms
86 On-licence (restaurant) or nightclub licence with a motel-number of rooms
For the purposes of sections 53 (2), 54BA (1A) and 90 (2) of the Act, the
prescribed number of bedrooms or rooms is 15.
