In this Part:
"ASIC" means the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
"ASIC Act" means the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act
2001 of the Commonwealth.
"non-legal services" means services provided by an incorporated legal practice
that are not legal services, but does not include clerical or administrative
services (such as typing, filing and photocopying) that are provided in
connection with legal services.
