JUDICIAL OFFICERS REGULATION 2000 - NOTES

- Made under the Judicial Officers Act 1986 - As at 1 December 2006 - Reg 475 of 2000

Note:

The Regulation was repealed by cl 6 (1) of the Judicial Officers Regulation 2006 (647) (GG No 127 of 27.10.2006, p 8911) with effect from 1.12.2006.

His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Judicial Officers Act 1986.

Explanatory note

This Regulation replaces the Judicial Officers Regulation 1995 which is repealed on 1 September 2000 under section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989. The new Regulation deals with the manner and form in which complaints are to be made to the Judicial Commission.
This Regulation is made under the Judicial Officers Act 1986, including section 54 (the general regulation-making power) and section 17.
This Regulation comprises or relates to matters of a machinery nature.
