9 Public health organisations to which Part applies

This Part applies to the following public health organisations only:

(a) area health services,

(b) statutory health corporations.

Note: Clause 2 of Schedule 5 to the Act provides for the election of an elected staff member to boards of area health services and statutory health organisations in accordance with the regulations.
