HEALTH SERVICES REGULATION 1998 - REG 39

39 Savings

(1) Any act, matter or thing that, immediately before the commencement of section 138 of the Act, had effect under (or was done for the purposes of) a former regulation continues to have effect under (or is taken to have been done for the purposes of) this Regulation.

Note: Section 138 of the Act provides for the repeal of the Area Health Services Act 1986 and Public Hospitals Act 1929 .

(2) In this clause, "former regulation" means any of the following:

(a) Area Health Services (Elected Staff Member) Regulation 1995 ,

(b) Area Health Services (Visiting Practitioners) Regulation 1995 ,

(c) Public Hospitals Regulation 1996 .
