Harness Racing New South Wales (Appeals) Regulation 1999

Note:

The Harness Racing (Appeals) Regulation 1999 (formerly the Harness Racing New South Wales (Appeals) Regulation 1999) made under the Harness Racing New South Wales Act 1977 is on and from 3.2.2003 taken to have been made under the Harness Racing Act 2002 No 39. See clause 21 of Schedule 6 to the Harness Racing Act 2002.

Note:

The Act is to be repealed on the commencement of sec 51 of the Greyhound and Harness Racing Administration Act 2004 No 36 (to commence on 1.10.2004).
