FAIR TRADING (GENERAL) REGULATION 2002 - REG 29

29 Variation of AS 1698

For the purposes of this Division, AS 1698 is taken to have been amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from Clause 4.4 the matter “ AS 1609 ” and by inserting instead the matter “ AS 1609-1981 ”,

(b) by omitting Clause 8 (g).
