New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person who removes timber from land on which it was cut or obtained is guilty of an offence unless the timber:(a) has been branded with the owner’s brand and the letters “PP”, or(b) has been marked or identified in some other manner directed or approved by the Commission for the purposes of this clause.Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) This clause does not apply to the removal of timber from Crown-timber lands.
