New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The proprietor of a food business must comply with any requirement imposed on the proprietor of a food business by a provision of the Food Safety Standards (except Subdivision 1 of Division 4 of Standard 3.2.2).Maximum penalty: 25 penalty units.
(2) A food handler must comply with any requirement imposed on a food handler by Subdivision 1 of Division 4 of Standard 3.2.2 of the Food Standards Code.Maximum penalty: 25 penalty units.Note: Clause 4 (2) of this Regulation modifies the application of Standard 3.2.2 of the Food Standards Code.
