SCHEDULE 1 – Statutory declaration of eligibility for appointment
(Clause 29)
Election Funding Act 1981

do solemnly and sincerely declare that I am not ineligible for appointment as
an appointed member/alternate for an appointed member* of the Election Funding
Authority by reason of any of the matters set out in section 9 (1) of the
Election Funding Act 1981 , and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously
believing the same to be true, and by virtue of the provisions of the
Oaths Act 1900 .
