The Regulation was repealed by sec 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989 No 146 with effect from 1.9.2008.
Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Disability
Services Act 1993.
Minister for Disability Services
The object of this Regulation is to replace the Disability Services Regulation 1993, which is to be repealed on 1 September 2003 by section 10 of the Subordinate Legislation Act
1989.
This Regulation prescribes a class of services for the purpose of the definition of
"designated service" in section 4 of the Disability Services Act
1993.
This Regulation is made under the Disability
Services Act 1993, including section 26 (the general regulation-making power).
