New South Wales Repealed Regulations New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) This clause applies to land within Zone No 4 (a).
(2) Land to which this clause applies shall not be subdivided without the consent of the council.
(3) The council shall not consent to an application for consent to subdivide land to which this clause applies unless it is satisfied that:(a) there will be no vehicular access from a main or arterial road to any allotment to be created by the subdivision, and(b) the standard and capacity of public roads serving the land are satisfactory having regard to the likely volume of traffic to be generated as a consequence of the density of the subdivision, or means are available to improve roads to a standard appropriate to the level of traffic likely to be generated.
