New South Wales Repealed Regulations New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) An application for a licence, for the renewal or transfer of a licence or for the alteration of the particulars set out in a licence must:(a) be made in a manner approved by the WorkCover Authority, and(b) be accompanied by any drawings, specifications, calculations and other documents required by the Authority.
(2) The WorkCover Authority may require an applicant to furnish any other drawings, specifications, calculations or documents additional to those accompanying the application.
